Hello, my name is Tracy Vandertie-Goltz along with my husband Chad, my older son Zander and my younger son Vann. We are the proud owners of Bright Beginnings Childcare and Learning Centers.
A little something about our family:
We are very family orientated and enjoy spending time outdoors. A few of our favorite activities are 4 wheeling, going to our cottage, fishing, football, and many outdoor games. We have a lot of fun playing board games as well. Monopoly is one of our favorites! Chad and I like watching movies during our "down" time.
A little something about me:
I began my career in child care as a part-time/substitute while attending high school and college. After my education I began full-time as a Lead Teacher/Preschool Coordinator. A couple years later I took a position at a different “locally family-owned” quality facility as the Center Director for over 6 years. The owners retired and sold the company to a corporation.
I worked with the corporation for a year and realized that was not for me. I wanted a family atmosphere, so after much thought, I decided to follow my dreams and open my own quality childcare and learning center. In July of 2000 I opened the East Green Bay location, followed by the opening of our second location in West De Pere in May of 2004. My parents played a big part in the centers and my philosophies. Family always comes first. We want to help make your days a little easier and worry-free so you can have a Bright Beginning to your day!
We are extremely proud of this accomplishment and of our team members. I am confident that you will be pleased with our commitment to quality and to providing the best possible care and early education for your child.
A little something for you: I'd like to take this time to encourage you to talk to the teachers. Ask questions about the exciting developmental lesson plans, the curriculums we work with and the documentations we are compiling on the children. All of this helps us do a more thorough assessment of your child's development. We will communicate with you frequently and go through the assessments at the bi-annual parent-teacher conferences. I know you will be very impressed with all the hard work we are all putting into the care, development, education and growth of your children.
Please don't hesitate to give us any suggestions or support to help us enhance the quality of care we are providing your child or children.
Thank you for your continued support of Bright Beginnings!
